TODO English is a kids’ learning app designed to improve English fluency through AI-powered lessons. The brand wanted to grow its user base and revenue in global markets like the US, UAE, Singapore, and South Korea. They approached Y77 to build a scalable app marketing strategy that covered acquisition, retention, and app store visibility.
The key challenge was creating a reliable growth engine for paid user acquisition across different countries. TODO English needed help improving install volume, converting free users to paid ones, and making the app easier to discover in app stores.
Y77 designed a simple, full-funnel growth strategy. This included launching Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search ads focused on parents of young children. We localized Korean ad campaigns to scale in South Korea. A custom landing page was created with analytics tracking to capture top-of-funnel insights. We also optimized app store listings and ran targeted email flows to convert trial users into subscribers.
