Cloudstaff is a global outsourcing company offering scalable remote staffing solutions for businesses across tech, e-commerce, and finance. With users coming from multiple geographies, the brand needed to improve the performance of their paid campaigns and streamline their analytics tracking, while staying compliant with strict data regulations.
Cloudstaff was targeting a niche B2B audience, which made it difficult to scale paid campaigns efficiently. Their Google Ads and Meta Ads were missing the right keyword coverage and audience filters. They also needed a better analytics infrastructure that could support cross-region tracking (UK, US) while complying with CCPA and GDPR.
Y77 overhauled the PPC strategy with dynamic keyword insertion, negative keyword optimization, and long-tail keyword expansion. We broadened reach through LinkedIn and Reddit, using interest-based and lookalike audiences. For tracking, we implemented GA4 via GTM with a customized data layer and intent-level tracking. A Consent Management Platform was added for data compliance, and we used a data-driven attribution model to optimize budget allocation.
